Abstract : New information is given on the final instar larva of Thestor yildizae Koçac, 1983 and its associated ant Anoplolepis custodiens (F. Smith, 1858) between which, trophallaxis was observed. Observations made on the very similar T. rileyi Pennington, 1956 are also discussed. Comparisons are drawn between the life history of T. yildizae and those of other Thestor species.
