Submission procedure

Your initial manuscript must be submitted as a Microsoft Word document by e-mail to the Editor at orachrysops@gmail.com. The Editor will send an acknowledgement of receipt, and keep you informed of the progress of reviewing and editing of your article.

Author undertakings

By submitting a manuscript the author(s) warrant(s) that:

• the content, or any part of the content, has neither been published previously nor has it been submitted for publication by any other journal or publishing house.
• the work is entirely their own intellectual property.
• The authors of the article have all significantly contributed to its production, either by conducting research, obtaining specimens or samples, or by providing intellectual insights.
• the work does not infringe on any other person’s copyrights, except to the extent that such other persons have granted written permission to use their work (including images).
• all other contributions or input (written or verbal) from other persons or sources have been explicitly acknowledged within the work.
• permission of the property owner or governing authority was obtained to conduct any field work to obtain the records and make the observations.
• permissions were obtained to examine or borrow specimens from a public or private collection for photography and/ or dissection.

Editor’s rights

The editor reserves the right to reject and return to the author(s) manuscripts which do not conform to the instructions given in the sections eslewhere on this website, and his/her decision is final without any right of appeal.
